Mafia II: Definitive Edition is a updated release of Mafia II that features enhanced models, textures, changes to lighting and the sound engine of the game. The game does look nicer at in motion. Some changes, like the greasy hair and the somewhat shinier eyes do look a bit strange, and I have noticed a few interesting artifacts with the Ambient Occlusion implementation, but generally, the game does look nicer. Then the game crashed. After re-launching, Borderless Windowed Mode no longer worked, and when I tried running it through the options menu, the game threw up a load of messages about Nvidia Apex/PhysX.
