he game does not have a story mode, so everything is just battle arena. You can use practice mode to try out your moves. You can play against AI, with 9 difficulties, all rather difficult. In practice mode, you can turn on hit boxes, which is rather amusing to see. You can play local co-op up to 8 players on one screen or you can play 1v1 online with a friend at the moment. The objective of each fight is to either hit and destroy all of your opponent’s health, or knock them off the edge of the stage, thus resulting in a loss of life. This is very similar to some other popular combat-arena games, so I am sure most people will know what I am talking about. Each playable character is fundamentally different from each other, so there is a lot of value in going in and learning how to play as the different characters. Fortunately this game is easy to learn, but has a good amount of learning curve.
