Game Overview

Being that the game came out literally one day ago, I haven’t had a lot of time to create a true opinion of this game. However, of the hour or so that I’ve played I can tell you that the concept is absolutely there. The controls are buttery smooth, the mechanics of the game are spot on with a perfect learning curve, and the difficulty is just high enough that you won’t rage quit but you still get a sense of accomplishment when you complete a challenging task. I’ve read some other reviews saying that they don’t like the repetitiveness of the game and how they can’t play for more than a few runs because of the button mashing, but that’s something that I like with this game. Most roguelikes/roguelites don’t have the aspect of comboing like this game does and I think it was implemented flawlessly. As for the “repetitiveness” of the game…It’s been out for a solid singular day and it’s in the beginning stages of early access. There will be more added to the game and I can’t wait to see this climb to the top of my favorite indie games! Cudos to the developers.
