The turn order… A great addition that should be implemented alongside team turns. Balance wise, both make sense to use depending on the situation – got yourself into a fight with a group of aliens. Use this new alternating turn order to liven things up a bit and to always keep you on your toes during the firefight. Only just started the mission and no aliens open to fight? Use the team turn move all your units up at once and get to the action sooner; both can work depending on how Firaxis wants the direction of XCOM 3 to go.

The comic book style of cutscenes does not lend itself well to the overall tone of XCOM. I understand that they were trying to go for a more light-hearted perspective, it ends up falling short since the story will get darker towards the end. I understand like every other sensible person that this is a spin-off XCOM game looking for criticism for XCOM 3, just please don’t add any comic book slides into the new xcom game.
