Game Overview

A great game with quite a bit of customization and solid mechanics. The wide mirage of monster parts still makes going back to previous areas feel like discovering the game for the first time. “Ooh, what does this body do?”. The main thing that appeals to me is how much the player can find synergy within the parts. For instance, using Envy’s head with Sloth’s body to take advantage of the hits/second to power healing. The lack of a true, limiting, skill tree also makes the game shine. This is part of a series I’m planning to do on games with few/no reviews, or that have long been on my backlog, or both.
