Game Overview
Arizona Sunshine is a really well polish “indie” game for VR, even after a few years and some big AAA titles like FO4 and Skyrim this game still holds up. I would recommend getting it on sale as it’s only about 3 hours long without getting the DLC or doing any of the other modes offered. It is a lot of fun, the reload mechanic is simple and engaging. There a decent variety of guns though you’ll mainly be using pistols. Personally I prefer games with lots more gun variety, however despite being pistol-focused I had a blast with this and the variety of small arms.
You also get SMGs and Shotguns later on, however the ammo is few and far between so you don’t get to use those weapons as much except when big hordes are coming. There are also sniper rifles and a gatling gun at certain points but those weapons are fix to their locations. The level design is pretty good. There are minor “puzzles” where you need to find things to move on. This isn’t really explained and there’s no map or indicator, so at points I thought the game was glitched when I could not process into the next area. The good part is if it is glitched you can start a new game and continue from the latest level you got to. Get NBA 2K19.
