Game Overview

Dungeon Rushers is quite nice dungeon crawler, though definitely closer to coffee break one than hardcore ones like Elminage or Wizardry series. DR is somewhat niche, because it has exploration with top down perspective, and combat with side view, while majority of crawlers have both in first person perspective. Compared to many crawlers you also don’t create your characters in DR, you instead get 10 characters as you progress through story, which in most cases correspond with common rpg classes.

Each one of them has three combat skills (except one who has four) and up to three camp/exploration skills. Characters are varied, (especially later ones when you get druid who has two forms or mummy mage, which uses hp instead mana for his skills) and each one, maybe except one which is slightly weaker, are useful. Each character has talent tree divide into three branches, and by investing points in them you can get their skills upgrade or stats increase. You have only enough points to buy maybe 2/3 of all upgrades at most, so you need to select what you really want, it also makes different builds of the same character possible.
