Game Overview
The textures are great, and this is my favorite area to drive in the untouched scs-built map! I’ve mostly spent my time on multiplayer lately, and even though the roads are mostly empty far south, the nice road textures, atmosphere and scenery just keep on giving. From what I’ve seen from the sneak peeks of the upcoming Baltic DLC I’m hyped for the release of that. I have been playing Euro Truck Simulator since near the release of the original ETS, and I’ve seen how SCS has really tightened up and started making a more realistic-like map. This DLC is pretty much exactly what you’d expect: It adds Italy to ETS 2’s map. Italy feels pretty large and is dotted with plenty of cities. It also feels pretty unique.
A lot of the scenery can feel really bland and unremarkable, especially on the highways. Also, many of the towns and cities feel way too small and too industrial. According to this DLC, the city of Taranto is comprised entirely of about five factories and one gas station. It’s a shame that the devs didn’t take inspiration from their work in American Truck Simulator and make more of the cities feel like, well, cities. Also, this isn’t a huge complaint, but there’s way too many toll booths along the routes. I’ve never been to Italy, so this might be accurate to real life for all I know, but it still gets annoying having to stop constantly. Also Download Warriors Orochi 4 PC Game.
