FAR Lone Sails was disappointing because my hopes were sky-high. I was so excited to play a full-blown joyous celebration of quietly sailing through a post-apocalyptic desert. Unfortunately, this isn’t that game. There are brief periods where it’s almost there, moments where you just stand on the bow of your ship and take in the sights. Then there is the other 4 hours of the game where you have to jump around like it’s a puzzle plat former. Get Discharge PC Game.

I play a lot of adventure games, so i don’t mind puzzles in general, but these are the worst kind. That is: switches that operate bits of machinery. The end. There is no story or dialog to give the puzzles narrative purpose, they’re just tedious busywork that get in the way of the journey. Every time an epic scene starts to unfold, it’s immediately interrupted by an obstacle, some of which cause instant death. I almost wanted to hit my computer each time a fire broke out. This game would have been so, so much better if it had just embraced being a walking sim.
