Game Overview
Fantastic game so far, can’t wait to see how it evolves from here. The open-ended vibe of the explorable spaces feel just right, and the exploration feels rewarding. Atmosphere is good and tense. It captures the excitement of creeping about in the thief games but also manages to feel like its own thing. Amazing job. Get Last Night of Winter PC Game.
Some general feedback for the early access version – I feel like there is a small issue of lack of direction around the time you enter the cave level. You are given a destination at the start, the old lighthouse, but that destination is many steps ahead, so the short term steps can feel a bit like wandering in general – the cave bit is where I feel that becomes a bigger issue, it gives you the impression of making a long detour, and youre not sure if thats actually the way forward or a big side-area. Maybe having a more immediate story-based reason to explore the cave might help there. Maybe something you need to enter the lighthouse is in there, idk.
