Game Overview

The game is linear with manicured combat encounters, meaning you ‘solve’ the combat, you don’t really use tactics to get through it. Do a dry run of the mission, figure out what you’re up against, and what the bonus objectives are, outfit your squad for the enemy and to meet the bonus objectives, rinse and repeat. Tactical battles is the main dish now, and with all the balancing and tuning they turned out quite enjoyable.
