Killer7, like many other Suda games, is unlike anything else really; one could define it as an “on-rails shooter” with clunky controls but that kinda misses the point and doesn’t even scratch the surface of what it has to offer as an experience. What it may lack in intuitive controls, it more than makes up for with its fascinating and surreal story, charming presentation and characters, and god-tier, atmospheric soundtrack. killer7 is a very strange game. Released all the way back in 2005 for the Game cube and later the PS2 this was the first game made by Suda51 to be released overseas.
This is the greatest one. The port is solid, lack of options really but it’ll run on hardware from ancient times. No frame drops, it’s in 60 now, it’s never looked better or played better with the good KB/M controls. There is absolutely no reason to not buy this. This game flips every video game convention ever and is entirely unique and deserving of your time. Get Do Not Feed The Monkeys.
