Game Overview
This game is aesthetically pleasing and offers a good set of artwork for those who can appreciate it. Hasoyua/Senra Banshou does not disappoint in the quality of artwork and anyone who played Seed of Evil should know that it’s a bit of a visual treat. If any criticism can be leveled here, it’s the amount of art, which is on the lower end compared to other games, but can be justified for the cheaper price tag. It’s still worth it, in my opinion.
One negative aspect here is that I experienced the game play as quite linear. It was especially apparent on my second play through on NG+, where you can just speed run the game in about an hour or so easily and apart from the main quest, there is pretty much nothing to do. Side quests are minimal and award you with skill points. Unlike in Seed of Evil, this time, there is no mechanic that truly punishes you for not watching how often you get into lewd situations and if you don’t care about it much, you could just invest in the whole seduction tree and almost.
