For price of 60$ it really doesn’t worth it, but if you look a little bit further, you will see that they’ve planned to double game content for free, for owners of the game, no you dont need to buy deluxe to get new season.
Surely game has problems, like not really good optimization, crashes which happen rarely, you can stuck in a lot of places, thx to Salish that found like 5 of this places already, someone even said they were locked in first mission and easnt able to play anything but it. So, game is good, Overkill did a great job, but its not worth 60$, but if you want to play it, no one is stooping you from it. If you’re sure you will enjoy the game.
