Rogue Legacy 2, in its current form, expands on rogue legacy 1’s ideas, mechanics, and combat but improves it. Currently there are 4 playable classes and they are all unique enough that each play through with a different class is fun. I can’t wait for more content. I wonder if they will bring back the Shinobi/hokage class, it seems like from in game factors, no spoilers, that the spell sword will be returning. From the trailer it looks like two new classes will be added, a lance character and a fencing type character and I’m very happy for these unique combat mechanics it seems classes will have. When I found out the Barbarian didn’t have the same type of combat mechanics as the Knight I was very happy. Current state 7/10, my only con is the current weight limit for armor and runes, no doubt there so that you cant make the game too easy while there is only one and a half finished areas.
