Game Overview

RUNNER HEROES is a unique adventure in which you control two characters at the same time. Play in single mode or with a friend in two cooperative modes. Discover the mystery of the curse that has caught the characters, one in the night and one in the day. Fun and challenge at full speed through 47 levels. Furthermore, puzzles can be solved utilizing all 3 characters and are not reliant solely on Amadeus. This I feel is one of the better improvements in this game. I cannot remember many puzzles from the first 2 games at least that needed me to rely on the other two to solve, but this time even with Amadeus being needed to move objects around, Zoya and/or Pontius will be needed to clear certain puzzle or platforming sections.

The combat in the game is similar to the first 2, while Pontius is the go to fellow here, Amadeus has been given better combat options allowing him to slam objects onto enemies as well. I played with Easy combat difficulty but there can be some tricky parts in normal encounters. The game also has around 5 or so bosses and they incorporate some puzzle-y elements as well though they weren’t too frustrating, relying on the player to remember patterns in order to defeat them.
