Game Overview

This is pretty much a mindless zombie wave shooter. Although, it’s more of a horde mode wave shooter. You can move around with the joystick or touch pad. However, with the Locus Rift you have to find out how to get into the menu option settings in under for the Rift Touch Controller to work properly. I think this game is alright. You can try out different weapons and there’s a nice variety of zombies. At the end of the waves there’s a boss zombie. It really isn’t all that difficult as long as you don’t drop weapons by accident. That will happen given that the button to drop weapon is very easy to do by accident. Good luck picking it up after that if you are playing seated. Get Typical Nightmare PC Game.

This game is certainly not without its issues. One, the hands when holding guns are very descended with the controller, and two, the controls are just very unnatural. That said, everything else about ZomDay is incredible. I’ve never had an issue playing any zombie games on a flat screen. Left 4 Dead, Resident Evil, CoD Zombies, no gripes. But this game is the game that made me feel fear. Just when I thought I was beginning to stomach the zombies, giant mutant rats crawled to my legs and I had to force quit. When I thought I finally grew the guts, I made it through until I met a giant, obese zombie vomiting all over me and I really, really wanted to quit. This game feels real, and I love it. I consider this one of the must-haves for VR, and people very seldom talk about it.
