Blood Card is a game I genuinely took a risk on purchasing. Games are starting to get more expensive because of taxes but I saw the aesthetic of the game and I thought “Huh this might be the first deck building game I’ll ever own” and to be honest? Blood Card is amazing. Its replay ability is super high. Its’ aesthetic is great. It’s so inexpensive and so well-crafted and constantly being updated. The fact you can actually kill Death as this sort of passive/ active background goal is really interesting too because at some point you’re going to actually have to avoid killing Death if you want to progress because the mechanics and deck building can get so smooth that you can totally wreck the game. I will take screenshots of stuff I see in the game that is insane. Like this one time in an elite room I got a cyclops up to 16000+ plus damage in a single turn.
