Game Overview

This game is absolutely fantastic, even in early access it’s looking remarkably polished. It runs really well on my Oculus Rift (i7-4790K/1080ti) setup, which struggles to run a lot of Steam VR games smoothly due to the outdated processor, but this is buttery smooth on high settings! The graphics look fantastic, especially the cars (although it does need a bigger variety of cars). The tracks are varied & all a lot of fun & well though out. The mechanics are great as far as the driving experience & weight of the car, it drifts really nice once You get the hang of it. Interaction between the cars needs a little tweaking as I have been pushed along sideways once & was unable to pull free from it but it’s very nearly there. The sounds of the cars are nice & throaty but I did hear a kind of ticking sound which I think needs tweaking.

The dev team delivered a solid upgrade in the recent patch. Therefore, I trust them to continue polishing the game. For this reason, I want to support them. They are not a big studio (like SlightlyMad) – and I think they have done a good job with the resources they have. With an upgrade or two, this could be *the* arcade racer for this gen of VR. So, as enthusiasts I feel we should support a team that is working on developing their product and is already showing their commitment. Get We The Revolution PC Game.
