Game Overview

This game is truly awesome! In the short time I’ve played so far, it has reminded me of old NES style RPG’s, through the 16-bit era and on to full blown 3D. Covering Adventure and RPG style games, the game draws heavily from the Zelda series and the early Final Fantasy games. At certain points in the game, it plays out as a Zelda-like dungeon crawler/puzzle adventure game, and almost seamlessly transforms itself into an RPG with Active Time Battle systems.

This game is a great homage to JRPGs of ages past. The game references Final Fantasy, The Legend of Zelda, Diablo, Dragon Quest, and Secret of Mana. The end result is a charming game of nostalgia. The overall campaign is short, but the game is worth a shot if you are an RPG fan and would like to play a game that parodies some of your favorite classic games. There are three different battle systems present in this game to keep it interesting throughout the roughly 6-8 hours that it should take you to beat the game. I highly recommend this game.
