Everything is so fluid, the traversal in this game is fantastic and the versitality that the player has is wonderful. Each room is modeled after a panel for a comic, but the comic aesthetic it’s just that, an aesthetic, a particular art style of sorts, and I like it to remain that way because it doesn’t get in the way of the actual game but instead helps it by complementing it. I feel as if this is what puts a lot of people off because its different, not because its bad, I feel as if sometimes a lot of people might feel afraid by what they might not be familiar with, so if we’re talking about an indie rogue-like without pixel art, then this is something that stands out a lot. But as I said it is a shame because the aesthetic is beautiful, its one of the things that I enjoy the most about the game. At first the only thing that truly bothered me about it was the actual face of my character, I just didn’t liked him.
