Game Overview

Getsu Fuma Den: Undying Moon is, basically, a side scroller platform action with A LOT of elements from rouge-like games. The game itself is really fun to play, feel a little rigid for the platforming aspect but I know it can be fixed with patch and whatnot. The thing that I don’t like, though, are said rouge-like elements. It make the game less enjoyable to me. Its should be more focus on arcade side scrolling like the original or at least make possible to come back to the Getsu Clan hideout more easy so you dont loose all your stuff when dieing… and in this game you die A LOT.

Personally, I’m okey with the full vision Konami and the team at GuruGuru embrace for this game and make the experience both deep and fresh, but this direction is not for everyone and will confuse and discourage fan of the original for sure. So to me, the game play need a lot of feedback to better understand the target this game is aiming for. Get Broken Reality PC Game.
