The Ministry of Broadcast mixes an Orwellian dystopia with dark humor, and they work surprisingly well together. The writing in-game is absolutely top-notch; the sarcasm and defeatism work well in bringing the player through the story, and I often found myself poking around areas I wasn’t supposed to just to get a bit more of the dialogue. If you’re after a narrative, Ministry of Broadcast is the absolute epitome of fantastic writing; you’ll cherish it if you take your time.

The puzzles were very exciting as well, and a solid break from the narrative that is woven. Only one puzzle stumped me at the end; they’re all very much doable as you explore the room that you’re stuck in, and after a bit of trial and error you definitely get that coveted ‘Aha!’ moment as you send another survivor tumbling to their doom.
