Game Overview

One of the better survival games I have ever played. Gave played just about all that is out there and was trying out SCUM when I tried Subsistence. I left scum and been playing Subsistence in Single Player and Co-Op with a friend when he gets off work. I am retired, so I can put in a lot of hours very quickly. What I like about the game is that it is hard and you have to work hard to improve your existence in the game world. It is not a kids game where everything is handed to you and you level up max in no time. The graphics is good. The building your base aspect is fantastic. I love it when you can move things very easily. Most games fail in that respect.

Another feature I really like is the ability to turn the Hunters off or set them to attack only for revenge. When I first started, I disabled the Hunters because the bears and wolves were enough to handle for a newbie. You can then later re-enable the Hunters and they start from scratch. I use to get killed by the animals all the time when I first started until I started following this simple rule: Stop-Look-Listen and limit your running. You can out run the bears and wolves if you have the stamina. Also, they give you a warning by growling if you get close. You won’t see them running up the top of a hill or around a rock. Your visibility is limited in some areas and you must use caution moving around in those areas. Get Day of Infamy PC Game.
